Gosh, I'm late

I started today LATE! I began my daily 5K an hour and a half late, not good. However, perhaps becasue of last night's storm, the air this morning was cooler (only 80 degrees) and there was a slight breeze out of the NW. Refreshing. Nevertheless, it didn't take long for the heat and the humidity to catch up. About one mile from my starting point as I ran past the Pastoral Center on Garden Street, it was like every other day >>> H O T !!!!!!
