We continued our walking tour for another few hours until we reached Roberto's home and met his wife, Francesca, and their two sons, David and Joshua.
After getting to know one another, we sat for our evening meal: Pasta and pesto, prociutto, mortadella, cheese, buffalo mazzarella, wine, and for dessert: strawberry crostatta (pie).
At 10:00pm we left the Filippi home and travelled by city bus to our hotel. Before calling it a night we actually stopped at McDonald's for a coke.
