St. Simon is often referred to as "the Canaanite" as well as "the Zealot". It is believed he preached in Egypt and in Persia.
St. Jude (Thaddeus) is believed to have preached in Palestine and Persia. He is the Patron Saint of those in despair or in hopeless sitiations. I have prayed to him OFTEN !
